Description

This is an independent contractor role responsible for conducting relocation consultations, managing client contracts, and serving as the primary project manager for assigned relocation clients. The contractor will guide clients through their relocation journey, coordinating services, managing timelines, and ensuring a high-quality, personalized experience from consultation through settlement.

As a member of the Client Relocation Support Team, the contractor works collaboratively with internal partners and external service providers while maintaining autonomy in managing assigned client projects and deliverables.

Requirements

Required 
  • Experience in relocation services, client consulting, project management, or a related field
  • Strong client-facing consultation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable managing contracts, client documentation, and service agreements
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and standard productivity software
  • Professional, client-focused demeanor
  • Multilingual abilities (English and Spanish required; additional languages a plus)
Preferred 
  • Experience working with international relocations or expat clients
  • Background in immigration support, global mobility, real estate, or lifestyle services
  • Project management certification or formal training
  • Familiarity with relocation to Spain or EU-based relocation processes

As part of this independent contractor engagement, the contractor will be invited to attend all locally planned community and social events hosted or coordinated by the company. This participation is intended to support collaboration, relationship-building, and familiarity with the community and brand experience.

Attendance at events is not mandatory and does not constitute employment or required working hours. Any participation beyond agreed deliverables will be considered voluntary and non-compensable unless otherwise outlined in the independent contractor agreement.

Performance-Based Bonuses

* Engagement Success Bonus: Additional compensation for client engagement appointments that meet or exceed the company's satisfaction benchmarks.

* Milestone Bonus: Bonus awarded upon successful completion of a defined number of client engagement appointments within a set timeframe.

Please Note: This is an independent contractor (autónomo) position. Compensation will be provided on a contractual basis, either per project or event, as agreed upon in advance and outlined in the independent contractor agreement. Contractors are expected to be registered as autónomos in Spain and able to issue invoices for services rendered. Payment will be made upon receipt of invoice and in accordance with agreed payment terms. The contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes, social security contributions, insurance, and business-related expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and follow-up relocation consultations with prospective and active clients
  • Assess client needs, goals, and eligibility for relocation services
  • Present and explain relocation service offerings and processes
  • Manage client contracts, onboarding, and service agreements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and project manager for assigned relocation clients
  • Develop and manage client-specific relocation plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (immigration, housing, finance, lifestyle services, etc.)
  • Track progress, document updates, and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Proactively identify challenges and provide solutions throughout the relocation process
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders
