Description

This is an independent contractor role responsible for preparing personalized welcome experiences for newly arrived clients relocating to Spain. The contractor will source items, conduct shopping, and assemble curated welcome or gift baskets tailored to each client’s arrival.

The role operates on a per new client arrival basis, collaborating with the Welcome Experience Concierge team to ensure each welcome experience aligns with client preferences and company's standards, while independently managing sourcing, assembly, and delivery of items.

Requirements

Required

Experience in shopping, sourcing, gifting, hospitality, or lifestyle services
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow client-specific instructions
Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously
Reliable transportation for local shopping and deliveries
Strong organizational skills and time management
Professional, dependable, and client-focused demeanor
Ability to meet deadlines tied to client arrival schedules

Preferred

Experience working with international or relocating clients
Background in hospitality, concierge, or client experience services
Creative eye for presentation and gift curation
Knowledge of local Spanish shops, markets, and vendors
Multilingual abilities (English required; Spanish preferred)

As part of this independent contractor engagement, the contractor will be invited to attend all locally planned community and social events hosted or coordinated by the company. This participation is intended to support collaboration, relationship-building, and familiarity with the community and brand experience.

Attendance at events is not mandatory and does not constitute employment or required working hours. Any participation beyond agreed deliverables will be considered voluntary and non-compensable unless otherwise outlined in the independent contractor agreement.

Performance-Based Bonuses

* Per-Gift Success Bonus: Additional compensation for gifting experiences that meet or exceed the company's satisfaction benchmarks.

* Milestone Bonus: Bonus awarded upon successful completion of a pre-determined set number of gifting experiences.

Referral & Growth Incentives

* Client Referral Bonus: Bonus for referrals that lead to new confirmed clients.

* Vendor Referral Bonus: Compensation for introducing reliable vendors or partners that become part of the approved supplier network.

Please Note: This is an independent contractor (autónomo) position. Compensation will be provided on a contractual basis, either per project or event, as agreed upon in advance and outlined in the independent contractor agreement. Contractors are expected to be registered as autónomos in Spain and able to issue invoices for services rendered. Payment will be made upon receipt of invoice and in accordance with agreed payment terms. The contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes, social security contributions, insurance, and business-related expenses.

Responsibilities

Shop for welcome and gift items based on client profiles and arrival details
Assemble curated welcome or gift baskets for newly arrived clients
Coordinate timing of basket assembly and delivery in alignment with client arrivals
Ensure presentation, quality, and accuracy of all welcome items
Manage item sourcing within agreed guidelines or budgets
Communicate completion and delivery status to the relocation team
Represent the brand with professionalism and attention to detail
